I saw great reviews hence booked them. But my experience was completely opposite, it was terrible!!! Firstly operator never contacted me to prep me up for the pickup time. Complete silence from the operator with less than 24 hours to go, made me nervous. So I tried to contact them. Got thru only after repeated failed attempts. Even viator could not get a response out of them at that time. Eventually, after multiple failed attempts I finally got hold of them and was assured of the pickup time for the airport next morning. Next morning at the pre agreed time there was no vehicle in sight and no information when it will be there. Again after repeated failed attempts I got thru and a car showed up 1/2 hour late. Even though we eventually made it to the airport in time to catch the flight, but the way it was handled by the operator was very stressful!!! So my suggestion to future tourist, if your operator does not contact u at least 24 hours in advance then be prepared for anything!!

I was contacted on WhatsApp 24 hours prior to the scheduled trip to confirm the trip and be provided with the contact of the driver. He arrived earlier than the time I needed (4am) and notified me on WhatsApp. Overall excellent experience, I’d use Viator again in future trips to book airport transfers

This was such a lovely experience. Our Driver was on time and picked us up at our hotel. The drive was easy & safe, and we made it in record time. Would ABSOLUTELY recommend using Viator to friends & will be using them again during my travels.
