Super clean & comfortable spacious. Driver was excellent, experienced to get thru the busy morning traffic in Marrakech navigating thru vendors, donkeys & carts...plus pedestrians. Definitely recommend.

I saw great reviews hence booked them. But my experience was completely opposite, it was terrible!!! Firstly operator never contacted me to prep me up for the pickup time. Complete silence from the operator with less than 24 hours to go, made me nervous. So I tried to contact them. Got thru only after repeated failed attempts. Even viator could not get a response out of them at that time. Eventually, after multiple failed attempts I finally got hold of them and was assured of the pickup time for the airport next morning. Next morning at the pre agreed time there was no vehicle in sight and no information when it will be there. Again after repeated failed attempts I got thru and a car showed up 1/2 hour late. Even though we eventually made it to the airport in time to catch the flight, but the way it was handled by the operator was very stressful!!! So my suggestion to future tourist, if your operator does not contact u at least 24 hours in advance then be prepared for anything!!
