This is a review of my Viator experience, not the Hard Rock Cafe. All communication from Viator indicated mobile tickets for the experience. However when I arrived at Hard Rock Cafe the actual Viator "ticket" indicated that it must be printed. The fantastic Manager at Hard Rock was able to work around the email and print the ticket for us. Had he not gotten his printer to work we would not have been able to use the ticket at all. Viator's communications need to be fixed to manage this process.
