We booked this service for a recent trip to Cali and it was perfect for us. Our driver Esteban communicated with us via WhatsApp to advise the pick-up point and the details of his vehicle. After collecting our luggage, Esteban was waiting for us outside the main door and assisted us bringing our bags to his car. He then safely dropped us to our hotel without any issues. Thank you!

Punctual and comfortable transfer from hotel to Cali airport. Maria from Gran Colombia Tours stayed in contact with me and provided excellent service even the early hours of New Year's Day. The driver was courteous and drove safely. Highly recommend.
