Doka Coffee Plantation Costa Rica is a private tourist resort that offers a unique experience where you can take a closer look at the most famous crop in the country.     During this educational Costa Rican coffee tour, you will experience firsthand how the plantation employees strive to obtain the perfect balance between nature and science; you will learn about the different cultivation methods and age-old brewing techniques.

  • A minimum of 2 people per booking is required. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there are not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or a full refund
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

The staff was friendly and offered interactive elements of the tour. We felt welcomed and not rushed. Our tour didn’t cover anything about sugar cane processing. It would have been cool to see more of the farm in-action, including the roasting of the coffee. We appreciated that they picked us up from our hotel. Our driver, Jimmy, was awesome!

In 2023 in Costa Rica I drunk Doka coffee ☕️ at several places and I really liked it. I decided to visit Doka estate upon my return to Costa Rica and I did. In general it is a very nice old place with a beautiful garden. The tour was very informative. I learned a lot. The most valuable information for me was the distinction between the different roasts. Our guide recommended me to go for espresso or dark roast. I decided for dark roast. Back in Munich I have ordered frequently at Doka. I really like doka☕️dark rosst????.
