Curacao's people, nature, history and land has been formed by water, both by the sea and the availability of sweet water. The crystal blue sea of Curacao is not only home to colorful fish and wonderful coral formations, but on the North side of Curacao the wind forces the sea on the land with great force and by doing so it creates some spectacular water shows from natural blowholes and fountains.

Shete Boka National Park, Willemstad, Caribbean We will then take you to several isolated bays where big breakers crash into the coral cliffs creating natural blowholes where the sea water and foam are sprayed through a chute into the air displaying colorful fountains and rainbows. If the waves are strong enough you can stand close and let the water sprinkles refresh you. Also exotic birds like herons, frigate birds and caracaras can be spotted here.
Boka Tabla: We will enjoy lunch and visit the Shete Boka National Park with its rugged and rocky formations where, if the sea allows us, we will visit Boka Tabla. This is where the sea and wind have worked together to create a cave in which the waves come crushing in, often giving a splendid show but sometimes flooding the cave completely;
60 minutes
Playa Piskado/Playa Grandi, Sabana Westpunt, Caribbean After Shete Boka National Park we will leave the North-West coast and cross over to the South-West coast of Curacao where you will notice how the scenery changes completely from a dry arid climate to a green hilly coast where you will find nearly all of Curacao's natural white beaches with their turquoise blue waters or as locally called playas.
Snorkeling with turtles: At one of these playas we will go snorkeling, allowing you to discover and enjoy the underwater world of Curacao. At Playa Piskado you can swim alongside turtles.

This was a fun and unique tour. I was picked up in a large 4×4 open back truck. We stopped at all planned stops. We saw Flamingos, which I wasn’t expecting. Then we headed out for some off-roading at Shete Boka National Park. Our guide was great and pointed out many animals and different types of cacti. We saw a dry small cave and the blowhole, Watamula Hole. Stopped at Boka Tabla, but we weren’t able to go in the cave due to high currents and tide. The ride was pretty bumpy as it had rained earlier, which some didn't like. We then made our final stop at Playa Piskado. This was my favorite as I got to swim with sea turtles! They were everywhere. A gentleman was feeding them fish so if you didn't want to swim you could see them from above. We made a final stop at this beautiful restaurant that was on a cliff. You could watch people jumping from a nearby cliff into the ocean.
Overall: Great trip with lots of stops, got to see desert landscape and lush green landscape. Turtles were fun to swim with. Guide was informative, fun and engaging. He made sure everyone felt included and were enjoying themselves. However, some cautions be aware you go off-road for quite a bit so be prepared (it says this) if you don’t want to be tossed around a bit, don't go. The restaurant they took us to was a bit expensive. I would recommend this tour to a friend.
