I enjoyed the tour but there were too many ppl and exterior noises that prevented me from hearing most of what our guide said. So, I just walked with the group and tried to entertain myself. And I live here, I'm not a tourist. I wanted to experience this so I could bring others. Maybe one day, I'll visit again. It's a beautiful property!

I do not have any complaints as the tour was very informative and interesting. Our tour guide was funny and made the tour interesting and the staff was friendly.

Eli was our tour guide. He was friendly and informative. The tour is reasonably short and there was plenty of time to enjoy our two cocktails and ice cream before we shopped. We did the Deluxe tour and there were four of us and in total we had 8 different cocktails. I even asked for an ingredient to be left out of one of my choices and they were happy to oblige. I loved that we had an extensive cocktail menu to choose from. The store included some unique options not available in the states. Keep in mind that it is a distance from the cruise port and a taxi at about $30 each way is probably the most convenient way to travel there if you're on a cruise (I believe there is a bus option, as well though). Restrooms were clean as well. I would recommend this tour.
