I booked accommodation at The Palms Villas Legian with Booking.com. The accommodation was double booked so I was not able to stay there, but booking.com had already taken my money and say they gave it to Palms Villas. I had to find alternate accommodation. Booking.com will not refund my money. Palms Villas will not reply to emails. Booking.com's story changes each time I contact them and they deny they have any responsibility. I booked via them. I paid via them. I want a refund via them. Do not trust either Palms Villas or Booking.com.

We were happy to get Lombok Navigasi. The Manager was very helpful, fast respond and friendly he organized our transport in Kuta Lombok for three days with fair price. I will recommend to my friend
