I booked accommodation at The Palms Villas Legian with Booking.com. The accommodation was double booked so I was not able to stay there, but booking.com had already taken my money and say they gave it to Palms Villas. I had to find alternate accommodation.
Booking.com will not refund my money. Palms Villas will not reply to emails.
Booking.com's story changes each time I contact them and they deny they have any responsibility.
I booked via them. I paid via them. I want a refund via them.
Do not trust either Palms Villas or Booking.com.
