Horrible communication. I was supposed to receive communication regarding departure time 24 hours prior and did not receive it. I'm not a last minute person and traveling out of the country things should be timely. I had to pay extra for a outside cab because I didn't know what time and was not risking missing my flight. I communicated 3 times with the tour operator and viator support to get a departure time. And when I made an attempt to contact the tour operator it was a voice mail in Spanish in which I speak only English. This was a nightmare.
