Two Park Pass Entry Tickets - Dubai Parks and Resorts

We had an amazing time visiting Motiongate, Real Madrid World, and Legoland! Each park had something special to offer, and overall it was a memorable experience. At Real Madrid World, we’d like to give a special shoutout to Althea—she was incredibly proactive, approachable, and very knowledgeable about the parks. She made our visit smooth and enjoyable with her helpful attitude. In Legoland, we were truly impressed by Wendell. He was absolutely amazing—friendly, enthusiastic, and went above and beyond to assist us. He really added a positive vibe to our day and made it extra fun. The only downside was our experience at Motiongate, especially at the Hotel Transylvania ride. The staff there didn’t seem welcoming, and no one was smiling. It made us feel a bit unwelcome, which was disappointing. Despite that, we had so much fun overall and would definitely recommend these parks. A big thank you to the wonderful team members who made our visit special!

We paid a lot of money for 6 tickets, food, drinks and taxi to visit to Dubai parks Motion Gate and Rio Madrid. We got in a buggy after finishing at Motion Gates to go yo Rio Madrid. As I was coming out of buggy due to a large screw loose in the buggy I cut my knee badly. We reported to Guest Services, medic advised I should get tetanus due to my diabetes and hypertension when we go back home and not get in water. I was unable to walk so my family decided to leave the park. We asked for refund but staff on the desk were very unhelpful and showed no sympathy as I could not even walk. They did not even offer a bottle of water. We asked for manager when he turned up he was unbelievably RUDE and started shouting at my family and threatened to call police on us! No apology from him or his team at any point. He started saying we’ll sack the buggy company. That was not our concern as customers we paid for parks and we had to leave due to punctured wound and bleeding in my leg. We asked to speak to upper management he refused to call his manager and said no one will come to talk to us. In the end manager came we were asked to fill a report and we left. No refund has been offered. We will be escalating this to Dubai Tourism. This place is to be avoided, H&S is poor! Management are worst ever! We’ve been to Dubai parks 5 times previously it’s gone Downhill! OVERPRICED and OVERHYPED No respect or responsibility for customers welfare AVOID

It was a great hotel with 1- friendly staff , 2- clean hotel, 3- modern equipment 4- Robotic teachers in Theme park was excelent 5- Lego classes in Lobby was perfect. we stayed there for 3 nights and I can guarantee that all children love it. The weakness point is: 1- Hotel has no plan for celebrating children’s birthday. 2- theme park timing is till 6:00 P.M and motion gate till 8.00 PM which the weather is so hot even in sep and oct and it is not possible to visit them before 5:00 PM 3- there is not any area in the hotel or in the parks to keep children for some hour without parents.
