As we reach a little higher, a wonderful panoramic view opens up before you of the Irish countryside We follow part of the Dublin Mountains Way trail which bring to a few scenic viewpoints along our walk from where you can see the Wicklow Mountains National Park, The Dublin and Wicklow Coastline as well as Dublin city and its surrounding areas. There is also a wonderful old chimney from the Ballychorus mines that operated here in late 1800s

Pluses: The countryside is just gorgeous! The small group was ideal. Lunch was in a fun place. Minuses: First, the van was 30 min late, as the original one had a flat tire. The replacement, as the guide said, was a Flintstone van. It was hard to see anything except out the window right next to you which was not optimum. When the guide pointed something out, it zoomed past the window before I could catch a glimpse. The guide was smitten with a pretty young woman on our van, and a good portion of his attention went to her. Several times, when getting back into the van after a stop, the guide got behind the wheel before the door was closed, leaving a tourist to close it. This seemed dangerous to me. Suggestion: The "guided walk" was more like a hike. Beautiful, but a little difficult for someone in just fair physical condition. Maybe that should be included in the description.

Easy to find the tour pickup, Linda was an excellent guide! The whole tour was well structured, I learned a lot. And the views were breathtaking.

Our driver was just ok. Not as knowledgeable-or just didn’t share much about where we were and what we were looking at. We had to ask questions and then the rock music the entire way back sort of really killed it. I would not recommend this tour.
