Thank you for the trip, which we generally remember very well, despite the fact that, contrary to the arrangements, we received a car that was not suitable for a wheelchair user (a minivan with three steps that a disabled person could not overcome). However, the situation was saved by our driver Mohamed, who repeatedly carried my husband from the car seat to the ground and back, sometimes even alone, even though my husband weighs about 90 kilograms. He turned out to be an extremely helpful, empathetic person who was very understanding of our needs. I cannot imagine a trip without his full commitment and help, for which we thank him once again from the bottom of our hearts!

Organized by marsaalamtours (Ahmed). As a family, we have already had multi-day tours provided by this organization and have carried out all tours to perfection. This time to Luxor and booked by us actually on the late side . Still Ahmed managed to arrange a Dutch guide. Child-friendly guide with a lot of knowledge of Egyptian archaeology that were brought even for children in a fun and understandable way. We will definitely let the following tours take care of this organization again.

Die Kommunikation mit Amal via WhatsApp war sehr gut. Sie stellte ein Programm exakt nach unseren Wünschen zusammen. Ahmed, unser Fahrer, war sehr nett, zuverlässig und aufmerksam. Unser deutsch-sprechender Guide in Luxor, Ahmed Mostafa, organisierte alles perfekt vor Ort. Besser geht nicht. Sogar die beiden Jungs, 10 und 12 Jahre alt, waren restlos begeistert. Wir würden den Trip immer wieder gerne bei Marsa Alam Tours buchen.
