I hired a van for a day, they tried to make insurance that was much more expensive than renting the vehicle. He told me that I had to leave a bond but he didn’t tell me the amount until he put it on my phone (it was 400€ deposit). Which would be returned to me the same day of delivery when checking the vehicle. Summarizing after claiming and putting a claim sheet in after 3 weeks for not returning my bond. They invented a coup whose repair amounted to 500 and a half euros. I filed a complaint and I won by ordering the enterprise company to repay the amount of the bond plus interest. Don't let them go on with these scams.

Opodo escroc. J'ai acheté un billet pour une personne. Opodo m'informe que je dois payer 69,90€ pour renouveler l'abonnement prime au nom de la personne concernée, bien que je sois le payeur. Hélas je ne peux me faire rembourser la somme débitée car c'est à la personne concernée de faire la demande. Or cette personne vit au Canada et ne parle pas français. Opodo escro.
