Had a great time taking in major sights in this historic city. Our guide (Nermeen Wageh) was great. She and our driver, Gerges, were fantastic hosts. Enjoyed seeing the Pyramids, Sphinx and learning A LOT at the Egyptian Museum. Ended it all with a bang flying across the desert on ATVs.

We did many tours while in Egypt, but this overall experience was by far the best. Not only was Salib a knowledgeable guide - who genuinely cares and recommended various options to optimize our experience (none of which cost extra money) - but you can tell he/the company care about your experience from start to finish. I was contacted immediately after booking (weeks before my tour) to organize our pick up and ensure we knew exactly what was included, what to expect and if there were any special requests or changes. Pickup at the airport was seemless, Salib was waiting for us and immediately started our tour. We arrived to the Pyramids right as it opened and the experience was great, so few people (relatively speaking) and we were able to enjoy it fully. Salib was great at showing us all the best spots for pictures and takes great photos as well! (On our phones). We then proceeded to the museum, where Salib's knowledge really showed. He was able to answer so many questions with incredible accuracy for dates and numbers. He did however make sure to ask if the numbers were too much/too little, as everyone's desire for that detail is different. I really appreciated that he wasn't simply repeating the same speech and wanted to see what WE wanted out of the tour. We asked Salib to leave us downtown, rather than drive us to the airport - as we wanted to have dinner downtown. This is where his attention to detail and desire for good customer service shined. He sent me a message in WhatsApp a couple hours later, as he looked into our flight and that he noticed a time changed, he then sent a voice note in Arabic to play to the driver in case we had any issues on communicating which terminal to go to and lastly followed up once we were already at the airport to ensure we arrived okay. This seems like a bunch of small gestures, but it meant a lot to us and showed his commitment to making sure our day went perfect. All I can say is this tour company and guide was by far the most professional, start to finish, that we experienced while in Egypt. Nothing went wrong on our day, but more importantly, I feel confident in saying if something did go wrong, it would be dealt with professionally and quickly.

Our guide and driver were absolutely amazing. I recently had knee surgery and was worried about completely a full day tour but they were so accommodating in regards to our speed and helpful in navigating the rugged terrain
