Every tour booked with this company was fantastic! Marena was so helpful and amazing. The drivers were amazing. However, some tour guides were better than others. Would certainly highly recommend them.

The Hot air balloon ride was great and the landing was amazing. Overall, the tour is amazing. We were not happy with the 2 start hotel. It’s not 3 star. It’s 2. Displayed at the reception. The breakfast was handed in plastic bag- I knew better not to eat it. However, the other couple got food poisoning. Plus, we got bed bugs. Customer service was so so. The tours overall is super good and I do recommend it.

The tour company was very good at communication, always making sure the driver was there to pick me up from the airport or take me to the airport. The day tour was awesome, the driver and tour guide very nice. The tour guide was also very knowledgeable, I learned a lot about the history and culture of Egypt. However, I wouldn't classify the hotel as 3 stars. The room was a little shabby and there was a lot of noise during the night. I didn't get too much sleep. The hotel staff were all very nice and the breakfast was good. Overall this was an excellent tour and I would really recommend it!
