Kudos to Memphis Tours. They really made our stay in Cairo/Giza an experience to remember. The support at the airport on arrival and departure saved us a lot of stress (a big thank you to Mustafa). As a wheelchair user, Cairo is a challenge, but not when accompanied by Memphis Tours. They sent us a wheelchair-accessible van with a ramp and the world's coolest driver (thank you, Musa). Our German-speaking guide took us on a whirlwind tour through the millennia at the pyramids and the Great Egypt Museum. Thank you for that, Adel. In addition, the entire tour was completely tailored to our needs, even though we had made our request at very short notice.

I was in Egypt 10 days, we were in pairs, my husband and I. We chose Memphis tour for this trip and are absolutely and fully satisfied. This tour operator is far better than even our previous choices with quoted tour operator, Italian. We were assisted by the organization of the trip (followed by Dalia, manager and organizer) with a dedicated chat we set up our tour tailored for us. We chose to do Cairo, with a visit to the Pyramids, Sphinx and great Museum just inaugurated, then cruise from Luxor to Aswan and finally a bit of relaxation in Marsa Alam. We had agency managers who followed us at every stop and Italian speaking guides at every site. A praise of merit goes to them, the guides, really well prepared, kind, reliable and very nice (specifically Rami, our guide to Cairo and Soliman, our guide for all excursions along the Nile, really special people ❤️. Special mention also for Ibrahim, Cairo contact person, Sofi on arrival in Luxor, and Mohannad as assistance to Marsa Alam (great job!) We have also always had great value and reliable private drivers. Our ship in Luxor was Diwa, 5star category and it was all impeccable (excellent chef on board, very kind staff, everything well cared for and spotless) and my praise goes to the Commander and his crew. In Cairo we had Hilton Pyramids Golf hotels (in the hotel ,very large,large rooms ,a bit to upgrade but overall fine). In Marsa Alam we were at the Three corners Fayrouz hotel, and we had a great time. A final recognition for the kindness of Attia Hassan, who reclaimed my pants in Cairo at the hotel and had them delivered to Marsa Alam. What can I say, you are all special, thanks , and I will recommend to anyone Memphis tour!

We did a 9 day tour between Cairo Luxor and Marsa Alam organized by Memphis Tours. We were very satisfied with the organization and the hotels chosen. Special thanks to Atia Hassan our assistant in Cairo and to Mohannad our assistant in Marsa Alam. Good our guides Hesham in Cairo and Asharaf in Luxor.
