The activity contracted and paid for previously was city tour, POR the Seine and Eiffel Tower without lines with climb to the third floor, the activity was NO longer He already did that when we arrived at the meeting point DE the person in charge told us that we were not EN the List, (everything had already been paid), We showed the voucher with the reservation and insisted that we were NO LONGER EN LIST and NO LONGER EN ROUTE for us, that he was already leaving with those who were on the list and that we talk to his supervisor, this woman also in very bad attitude called someone POR phone who shouted and DE bad ways told him that if we were NO LONGER EN LIST to call him, that the Service is simply NO LONGER provided and that if we wanted to call the DE travel agency to solve something, so faced with the bad attitude and willingness DE everyone who knew the case and little interest EN helping us, we withdrew. Our DE travel agency communicated with them and when it was verified that it was a mistake DE DE them, two hours had already passed and we had already organized our day, they wanted us to get back to doing the activities quickly so that it reached the time. We refuse to take anything with them and we ask for our money DE DE them, they are rude, aggressive and unempathetic. I recommend them NO more.

they promised entry for summit as part of total price and did not deliver. We had to purchase our entry to summit during tour.

This tour was not what we expected of Viator. The Eiffel Tower guide was nice but not very knowledgeable on the history of the tower. She then said she would wait for our group while we went to the third floor of the tower but she disappeared and left us on the 2nd floor. The bus tour was worse. Broken bus door, homeless sleeping on the bus downstairs, dirty seats, dirty windows up the top that impeded taking photos. App was not reliable. Guide was inaudible announcing the locations. The traffic was terrible so there was not enough time to do the boat ride in one day as expected. We hopped off the bus early because it was so bad. No one was using the app it was so bad. Boat ride today was better thankfully. Not worth the $465 we paid.
