    After picking you up at your hotel, we head to visit the archaeological zone of Chichen Itza, this place is the most important ancient city of the Mayan civilization, here at the entrance we will offer you a bottle of water to keep you hydrated while we give you a tour guided for an hour through this amazing place full of history, then we will have an extra hour so that you can tour Chichen Itza on your own and take incredible photos of the place, at the end we will give you an additional bottle of water to continue our experience.

They did not pick us up. The pick up time was from 5:55am to 6:00am. There are 8 in our group. We were waiting from 5:45am to 7:30am. The hotel receptionist even called them but no answer. Even Viator representative called them, no answer either. They lied that they took a picture outside and we are not there. My husband and I were outside asking for other tour guide if they are the one going to Chechen Itza. The 1st and 2nd from other companies, we have no problem. Do not get this tour. I am fighting to get my money back. Shame on you! Very unprofessional. I booked a last minute tour through SAT Mexico Tours.

This was a great day adventure the Sacred Cenote was so AMAZING and BEAUTIFUL I enjoyed it so much! The Chichen Itza Mayan Ruins was AMAZING Hector our tour guide was EXCELLENT he did an AMAZING job giving us great insight on the history! The Cenote Hubiku was very nice to visit, I didn’t go into this cenote but I did walk around in the Mayan village and that was pretty to see came across some beautiful peacocks overall it was an AMAZING adventure! Hector was amazing and our driver was amazing!!

Great trip, great guide and great overall organization!! You have found what you are looking for. Food was more than amazing too. Felt super well thought out, no waiting times nor a second left to be bored. Allan was very knowledgable and happy to asnwer all questions. I llan on visiting all these places again!!! Thank you so much for a memory filled vacation
