The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

My husband and I were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. I took care of all the details, including our transfer from the airport, 4 months in advance. I received an email from Viator requesting flight details which I provided the same day. I was informed that I would receive information about the driver, car type and model, and meeting point at the airport. I never received this information and it was a small miracle that we found the driver within 30 minutes of landing (on time) and collecting our luggage. Another driver directed me to an area opposite where we were looking (foreign country, no cell service). There we found our driver who looked extremely annoyed and instead of greeting us said he was about to leave. After an interminable silent period in the vehicle, he got his boss on the phone who informed us that it is their policy to charge 10 euros for every 15 minutes their driver has to wait. UNBELIEVABLE! We followed our itinerary to the T and Viator didn't communicate any information to make our transfer a smooth one. The driver was dressed in street clothes, not professionally like the other drivers in the arrivals hall. I had to argue with the boss from the back of the vehicle and I was shaking by the time we arrived at the hotel. Not how I wanted to start an important trip that I had been planning for a very long time. I will NEVER AGAIN use Viator.

For my 3 days business trip, i order a executive sedan with probably one of the best driver i ever ride with, stylish, knowledgable and veey smooth driving. (Ask for the rastaman wirh the sedan is one ;-)
