This was an absolute highlight of our trip to Italy and THE highlight in Florence. Gabriele and Valentino were fabulous hosts and instructors. We learned so much and had fun at the Same time ???? The food we made was delicious and now I feel like I can make authentic Italian dishes at home!

Somehow Enoteca Vigna Nuova manages to make you feel like you’re sitting in Nonna’s kitchen learning the secret that makes Italian food so great: love & that sweet bonding experience you get when you share a meal with family & friends that you just prepared together. What a beautiful soul-enriching afternoon enhanced by friendly & knowledgeable staff that love what they do. This is a good one. Make it a must.
