My husband and I were wanting a different shared Florence experience. We thought of cooking: how does one come to Florence and not have a pasta lesson. This cooking with the chef sounded fun as did a small group. It was a great afternoon with the chef (Valentin) demonstrating and helping as our fledgling technique required and Gabriel, the sommelier, translating, helping, organizing, and serving. The afternoon was as delicious as it was fun and informative. We hope to remember what we learned for the pasta dinner that friends are expecting upon our return home.
