My father and I did week long intense cooking classes. Classes included a ton of information. Daily we cooked five course meals. The head chef even explained how you could modify two things and change the dish to something completely different. In total I walked away with over 40 tips and tricks and a recipe book for more inspiration.
Outside of classes, the course offers stuff to do. For example, my father loves horseback riding, so we asked the host of the cooking classes to make the arrangements. It was awesome, she set us up with someone without any issues (and he lived right up the road)!
