My family and I had a great experience! We started off making the gelato, then made pizza. Everyone was able to participate in a step of making the gelato, we made a crema flavor. Then we made the pizza, we all had our own cutting board to try each step, our chef was very patient in teaching and explaining each step to us! We also had a special surprise and made calzones, which were delicious. The pizza was amazing, served with white and red wine. We had plenty of time to leisurely eat our pizza family style with the other participants, then they brought out the gelato. One of our family was allergic to sulfites, and they brought her out the chocolate flavor which was sulfite free. Everything was very delicious! They sent us the recipes after we completed the class, and we are hoping to replicate it when we arrive home. Definitely recommend! We chatted with our chef and he was able to provide great local knowledge as well.

Very Nice experience, Georgio and Mary very gently people and they gave us several tips for cooking pizza and gelato. We had a very good time!!
