The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

I contacted the company before booking to confirm if Balandra Beach would be part of the tour. I was told the driver would advise us on the best options and get us in. Based on that, I booked the tour. We drove all the way there only to be turned away at the entrance. If I had known access wasn’t guaranteed, I would have made other plans.
The driver then took us to a different beach that was dirty with trash, what looked like sea roaches, full of flies, and nothing close to what we expected. We didn’t receive the full tour experience that was promised in the listing nor the one promised via email.
I reached out for a refund, but the company refused to take responsibility. I feel misled and extremely disappointed with how this was handled. I wouldn’t book with them again.
