This scenic small-group tour is the perfect way to spend an evening in Halifax. It features a visit to Peggy’s Cove to watch the sunset against the backdrop of the famous lighthouse, dinner at a local restaurant and a narrated driving tour through downtown Halifax.
Your tour begins with a scenic, narrated drive to Peggy’s Cove.
You will arrive in Peggy’s Cove just in time to watch the sunset with the famous Peggy’s Cove Lighthouse (also known as Peggy’s Point Lighthouse) overlooking the Atlantic Ocean as your backdrop.
Afterward, you’ll head to the Sou'wester Restaurant, a local favourite in the area, for dinner. The Sou'wester is known for its fresh, locally-sourced food and casual atmosphere.
After dinner your guide will bring you back to downtown Halifax for a scenic, narrated driving tour through the city. You will pass multiple points of interest including the Titanic cemetery (Fairview Lawn Cemetery), Pier 21, Halifax Farmers Market and Point Pleasant Park.

Peggy's Cove Lighthouse, Peggy's Cove, Canada You will head to the iconic Peggy's Cove restaurant, The Sou'wester, for dinner. The Sou'wester is well-known for serving some of the best seafood in the world, but if you aren't a seafood lover there are plenty of other tasty dishes available for you to enjoy.
You will also have the opportunity to take pictures in front of the iconic lighthouse while you're here. 90 minutes

Feel free to take pictures throughout the drive or just sit back and enjoy the view. See sight tour is the fastest and most efficient way to learn about the history of Halifax and visit the most important places in a few hours. The highlight of the day was Peggy’s Cove with the wild Atlantic Ocean.
