  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

This was the highlight of our time in Hanoi. Our chef was Ruby and she was so wonderful. She guided us through the market sharing so much information about the local foods and vendors. She was so enthusiastic and had a great sense of humor. Back at the Villa she guided us in making the most delicious egg rolls, banana leaf salad and beef pho. As a treat we had coconut and egg coffee. We will never forget this incredible experience and can’t wait to try to being back to life back at home with the many recipes that were shared.

Cours de cuisine avec Simon. Un excellent professeur, hyper pédagogue et attentionné, qui explique vraiment bien les bons gestes à faire et les étapes des préparations. Au final, nous nous sommes vraiment régalés et avons passé un excellent moment. Nous recommandons vraiment de demander Simon, qui était top.

It was such an wonderful evening. We started with an very interesting market tour. Simon explained everything to us. Later on we drove to the villa for cooking. It was so much fun and the food was just amazing. Thank you again Simon and also thanks to the kitchen lady’s..
