Richmond war der beste Bus Einweiser / Ticket Kontrolleur überhaupt. Durch Ihn wurde diese Reise gerettet. Wozu ein fliegendes Auto wenn man Richmond hat

We had an amazing time visiting the Harry Potter experience and we think it was good value for money given how extensive it was and how much there was to see Would highly recommend packing your own lunch to take with you as the line for food was extremely long and looked time consuming! In saying this, we did wait in a small line for 10 min to try the butter beer (an absolute must when visiting). We have no faults of the tour itself which was incredible, but we were disappointed by the transport to and from the studios. The staff working on our bus there were quite rude and the bus itself did not have any air conditioning leaving it quite warm and sticky! Also worth noting that while they do advertise watching a Harry Potter movie on the bus, it is a very poor quality screen and the sound is mismatched with the screen. Overall would recommend, but if possible would suggest to organise own transport.

AVOID BOOKING THROUGH 3rd PARTY. Had a brilliant day with the kids if your a Harry Potter fan this is a must. However be careful when booking as I was somehow diverted from the official site to a 3rd party without realising and paid £250 more for myself and 2 children for this mistake and put a bit of a downer on the day when I turned up to the studio and realised I’d been misled by booking company VIATOR and ripped off. Harry Potter world staff where kind enough to make the kids a goodie bag up when I informed them of what happened and the studio was amazing. I would recommend taking a packed lunch if your thinking of spending the day there as question for food are quite a wait.
