Booking fee
The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

End your Hawaiian vacation on the right foot with a luxury private transfer from your Big Island hotel to the Kona International Airport (KOA). Your driver will pick you up at your hotel in the Hualalai, Kona, Keauhou or Waikoloa and transport you to the Kona International Airport. Choose between a Mercedes-Benz sedan, Mercedes-Benz SUV or a stretch limousine for your transportation.
You MUST select a hotel that coincides with the area in the itinerary section of this product. Failure to do so will result in a cancelled booking.

Your hotel and flight details MUST be advised to the supplier so that a transfer may be allocated to you. If you do not indicate this at the time of booking, you will be required to call and advise this information directly to the supplier at least 1 day prior to travel. Contact details will be on your voucher once you have a confirmed booking
Private cars hold a MAXIMUM of 4 pieces of large luggage. If you have more than 4 pieces, please contact the supplier directly to make an alternative arrangement
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

For starters, they could keep better records of the bookings made, they should not cancel at the last minute and their personnel could stop being rude. They had our pick up information wrong in Honolulu and were unpleasant about it. In Kona, they twice cancelled bookings shortly before the scheduled times for airport pickup saying they didn't have drivers/equipment. They don't answer their phone promptly--waits of more than 30 minutes before being able to talk to anyone. Hotel personnel and other drivers told us this firm has a very bad reputation for reliability.

Mahalo Speedi Shuttle for the great service!!
You came thru for me again!!! With my tight schedule transporting my 3 cats back to Fort Collins, CO, I was highly dependent on Speedi Shuttle getting’s us to the airport without any glitches. The day before the pick-up, you called to advise you were short staffed. BUT, you had a plan to ensure we got to the airport, as scheduled. You coordination with your partner ensured everything went as planned. Mahalo nui loa!!!

We always double-check the availability with our local partners for each booking. Even though this is usually a swift process, it can take up to 24 hours. Once this process is completed you will receive your voucher or ticket by email. If our local partner is not able to confirm your booking we will offer you the best possible alternative. If the new date and/or time doesn’t fit your itinerary, we will reimburse the full amount paid.
