Terrible uninterested front desk. 33 € to get in and then you have to pay for drinks. Don’t bother, very hot. Plenty of other places to go and eat for less.

Excellent reception by Fernando - very nice and frequent. Good food, snacks, wine and relaxing views of the runway. We had Priority but also paid for two guests for 2 hours - well worth the money. Recommended

We visited the Aspira lounge twice. Unfortunately both times we had to wait in line before we even got to reception and again had to wait at reception because the lounge was full. We had little time as we visited it between connection flights. Finally a place was found for us. The receptionist was nice. The food was average, the selection was smaller (dishes were repeated). Both my husband and I have Priority Pass and we visit lounges regularly at all airports and we think that Helsinki airport deserves a bigger lounge where people can really relax and have refreshments in peace and not spend most of their time waiting for a seat.
