Here you can enjoy the beautiful surroundings while you watch the farmers at work tending their produce. I spent an amazing day with Sun and her family. Her sister picked me up with a scooter at my hotel in Hoi An , but the original plan was to bike there. That's what I did, so that I alsobhot the chance to go the beach afterwards. Together with a german couple, I spent the time experimenting all the herbs and trying out farming. Then it was cooking time, and that was the fun part led by energetic Sun. We ate what we prepared (rice pancackes, three friends rolls) but also what Suns's sisters prepared for us, so that we had a full and enjoyable Vietnamese lunch. I highly recommend this experience

We had a fabulous day that started with a cycle to the market, where we had our questions answered about various fruits we were having trouble identifying. Then, back to Tre Que organic gardens and a walk through the gardens to identify the various herbs and greens we would be using in our recipes. We cooked 4 items - spring rolls, salad, savoury pancakes and fish in tomato sauce. Soin, our instructor was informative and lead the class with just the right amount of detail. It really was a great experience!

We hebben een geweldige kookcursus gehad. Eerst een bezoek aan de lokale markt met uitleg over verschillende groenten, fruit en kruiden. Daarna hebben we een fietstocht gemaakt tussen de rijstvelden met daaropvolgend uitleg over hun eigen tuin. We hebben heerlijke traditionele gerechten gemaakt met een eigen twist van de familie van Xuan. Xuan is onwijs vriendelijk en heeft echt passie voor het geen ze doet! Echt een aanrader!
