The One Star restaurant was on the 3rd floor in Wharney Hotel,Wan Chai,Hong Kong. On arrival there was a courteous lady greeting us at the entrance who led us to a lift to the 3rd floor. Then a suave assistant manager showed us to a table for 5. He was friendly and helpful and made recommendations according to our preferences. This is one of the few restaurants in Hong Kong where dim sum was handmade by the kitchen team. The meals/dim sum were all mouth-watering and yummy while some special signature dishes needed 2 days order in advance. We look forward to come again.
