Sachin (apologies if I misspelled his name) was very informative. He has a calm demeanor which made the trip pleasurable. Having previously visited Shaniwar Wada we asked if we could use the time instead to extend our time at Tulsi Baug and he kindly and patiently obliged (even helping me by carrying one of my larger purchases). Extra credit to the driver that was used on the trip (you may want to use him again in the future)

Do not book! They cancelled on original day stating medical emergency and then we rebooked for another day and they said car was on the way and then an hour after tour was supposed to start said they didn’t book a driver as we had “ poor communication”. They wreaked two days of our 4 day vacation waiting for them and we didn’t get to see anything and trying to get refund but unsuccessful so far. Please DO NOT BOOK.

Our guide tour, Sachin, has been a great host. He is extremely knowledgeable and happy to share and discuss all our questions. We ve explored all attractions, in a safe and relaxing 4.5h trip. I highly recommend for anyone excited to explore Pune!
