We got up full of anticipation for this day at 5 a.m. as the transfer to the destination was planned at 6.35 a.m. We had to walk 1.5 km to the pick-up point. There was a bus with bus driver at 6.35 am on site, but this did not take us and said "the next bus" He had not even looked at a list with him but only at our booking confirmation and put us off. Since there was no transfer on site at 6.50 am we called the office and asked when we would be picked up. According to the office, there was a "misunderstanding" which we are not aware of. We were offered a dodge day as we are leaving soon but we refused and demanded the money back. I haven't received an email as confirmation so far although we were assured of this on the phone for the next few minutes. At Paypal I was able to report a problem so that the money does not go to us.
Thanks for nothing! Thank you dear bus driver- was probably too early for him!
