I booked a tour with a "Bilingual Driver". The night before the trip, I was told the driver was only able to communicate via a translation app. The driver only spoke Chinese. He was very nice but knew NOTHING about Mount Fuji, places to go and could bearly communicate via an app. By the way, the translation app only works with connectivity, which we were told the car would have WIFI. The car did not have WiFi and ,many of the areas around Mount Fuji have no connectivity. This was a total scam. This will be the first time in my life that I am going to fight a charge with AMEX as we were completelyscammed. When contacting customer service, I was told they could not give me a refund as I already used their service. SCAM - SCAM - SCAM
