With Irena you will learn cooking and preparing techniques that can easily be repeated at home. This is an interactive demonstration: seafood from A to Z: preparing and filleting seabass, a secret of fish soup, preparing mussels (in season only!), seafood pasta, raw fish dishes and seabass by Irena Fonda recipe. You will learn, discover and taste an authentic Mediterranean cuisine.
  • Chilled water with/without herbs by glass, unlimited. The water is not bottled, but fresh. We have excellent quality of tap water and do not use bottled water for sustainability reason..
  • All ingredients, utensils and recipes.
  • Lunch/dinner, depends on when you start.
  • Available to buy - white wine (high quality local producers).
  • Mediterranian caviar - bottarga tasting available on request: 10 EUR per person.

We had a wonderful experience at this master class about fish and the farm. We learned so many new and fascinating facts — it was both educational and inspiring. Everything was beautifully arranged, very tasty, and presented with genuine hospitality. The atmosphere felt warm, kind, and truly home-like. What impressed us most were the many unique insights, as our host - Irena is a real professional who shared her knowledge with passion. Highly recommended!

At Fonda we had the chance to organise our team building with Revestum d.o.o. and it was hands down one of the best experiences we could have imagined. Beautiful atmosphere, very informative and above all, an extremely tasty experience!

Ein unvergessliches Erlebnis! Im Juni habe ich gemeinsam mit Freunden an einem Kochkurs in der Fonda Fischfarm teilgenommen – ein Tag, der uns noch lange in Erinnerung bleiben wird. Wir haben frischen Fisch filetiert, viel über die Meereswelt und den Schutz der Ozeane gelernt und anschließend unter Pinienbäumen unser eigenes Fischgericht sowie Sashimi zubereitet. Die Atmosphäre war herrlich entspannt, das Ambiente einzigartig. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die herzliche Betreuung durch die Besitzerin, die sich mit viel Engagement um uns gekümmert hat. Es war rundum perfekt – lehrreich und jeden Euro wet, genussvoll und mit ganz viel Freude verbunden.
