The service, preparation, scheduling, keeping the client well informed for the whole tour, plus transport timing was superb. The outstanding feature is that the climbing guide is not only very professional, experienced, easy to communicate but a very helpful tutor whose guidance and advice assisted me to complete the climb. No hesitation to recommend this company to everyone. Also for an elderly person like me going solo for the climb this type of service means a lot to me. Lastly a company that knows how to service the elderly very well is "A Company with a Soul in it"

I think borneo calling did a good job in the administration and organisation part. Our trip in terms of the logistics was rather smooth. Going with borneo calling was a good choice. The mountain guide Mr Richard is extremely helpful and patience. He helped us on multiple occasions especially the descent when the terrains are slippery. Unlike the other guides that i have observed, he educates us on the flora that can be eaten such as the purple ferns in the jungles. He also shows us the pitcher plant which many other guides didn't bother pointing it out to their hikers. Mr Richard is legendary. Highly recommended getting Me Richard as a guide.
