Very well managed Tour. Cab pick to and from KK was efficient and timely. The trek was also satisfying with brilliant views all through. Topped it up with sunrise at the summit. Food was also well managed. Good guide. Certificate was ready by the time we arrived back post lunch on 2nd day. Got lucky, with no rains throughout. It was misty and serene. Simply too beautiful to describe in words. For any wannabes, just ensure decent fitness level and remember U r paying for hiking. It is meant to push you hard. Gaining 4100m elevation in such a short time, U r expected to have decent fitness levels. Prepare.

If you decide to go hike Kinabalu, I highly suggest you use Borneo Calling. We were five Singaporean friends looking for an adventure and Borneo Calling gave us just that! Everything was coordinated so well and every person we encountered (from the coordinator, to guide, to driver) was so friendly and accommodating that we could focus on our hike and having fun over the 2D1N. Our coordinator, Sky, was super responsive during the planning process over WhatsApp. He was always a step ahead with giving me the next instruction (like the details for our drivers) before I could even ask. Our drivers (to and fro the airport, hotel, and hiking starting point) were accommodating and gave us great tips for the hike. And a bonus was that the van was so clean and comfortable, we had great naps! Our highly experienced guide, John, of 40+ years was the highlight of our trip. The best guide out there! Gave clear instructions for what we had to do, gave us space to hike at our own pace but also gave us the push we needed to reach the peak. Thank you team!
