  • VERY IMPORTANT As per the requirements of Auschwitz-Birkenau Memorial and Museum, all participants are required to provide their full name and contact details as part of the booking. Entrance may be refused if the name provided on the booking is not identical to the name on the ID provided when entering.
  • Departure time will be confirmed 1-2 weeks before the tour. The starting time will be within the chosen time slot.
This experience is non-refundable and cannot be changed for any reason. If you cancel or ask for an amendment, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

We went with this agency. They passed us to another guide (ETG) who told us to be at a spot at 3 40 for the bus to Birkenau and left with the 3 30 bus. We managed to find our way. Then she ended the tour at Birkenau without telling us where to go to get the bus back to Kraków. The bus left without us and we realise we had no phone number from the company, not even a logo. We asked in the parking lot other tour companies to help us get back to Kraków. They confirmed these people do this all the time.

Slight hiccup with the coach, had to wait nearly an hour in the rain as there was a problem with the bus. Tour guide was brilliant, really funny and very informative.

Very professional throughout from pick up to drop back off. Guide was very informative about the history. We got picked up at 7am, hour and half coach to the museum. We was back in the town centre for 13.30 Which gives you enough time to keep exploring for the day. Thank you really worth a trip while in krakow
