  • VERY IMPORTANT As per the requirements of Auschwitz-Birkenau Memorial and Museum, all participants are required to provide their full name and contact details as part of the booking. Entrance may be refused if the name provided on the booking is not identical to the name on the ID provided when entering.
  • Departure time will be confirmed 1-2 weeks before the tour. The starting time will be within the chosen time slot.
This experience is non-refundable and cannot be changed for any reason. If you cancel or ask for an amendment, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

We booked this prior to arriving in krakow. Reasonable price. Coach driver wasn’t terribly helpful or friendly and spoke the absolute bare minimum. However our tour guide at auschwitz was called Dorota and she was absolutely lovely. She herself had lost relatives there and delivered the tour in an informative but respectful and thoughtful manner. It left me speechless - it was both moving and horrific. Well organised and we went early so not too crowded. Efficient checking in system. Weren’t really given time to explore the bookshop at the end which was a shame. It wasn’t a full day though but was long enough. Would recommend

Was a harrowing experience .. shocking to see how VAST these CAMPS actually were. … Brings home the sadness of these people who lived suffered and died here. And the world has still has not learnt. !!! Worth seeing. On. Another note The GUIDED TOUR was FAST ! There wasn’t time to contemplate, to think ….. it was a MARCH through and like a conveyor belt of people going through BUT you have to have a guide you can’t just go through alone .. because I think stupid people had done damage previous years. … Sad it can’t be a more SLOWER EXPERIENCE and not rushed to get as many people through in each day ….

We had booked well in advance (one month!) a guided tour in Italian to Auschwitz-Birkenau, through the Tiquets platform that uses this local agency. Less than 24 hours before departure we were cancelled with a whatsapp message from Krakow Booking, without any concrete help to find an alternative. No alternative tour proposals, no human contact: just a "sorry" and the promise of a refund within 10 days. The result? Ruined vacation, lost day and total frustration. Misbehavior, which demonstrates a complete lack of seriousness and respect for customers. An operator who acts like this does not deserve trust. Not recommended in every respect.
