Had a fantastic day with Krakow Direct Tours . Picked up from hotel on time by Matt in a lovely air con mini van. Visited traditional village had then cheese and vodka . Then went on funicular to mountain top and spend time in ski resort . Everywhere was beautiful and Matt was informative and friendly and tailored the day to our needs . Finished with 3 hours in the thermal baths which was so relaxing . I would definitely recommend this company and their tours . They are very professional with plenty of messages confirming pick details etc

Booking process was easy, and communication with the office was always prompt and helpful. Pick up was on time for the tour. Bob our driver had lots of local knowledge. He kept us informed of the days activities, and when and where we would be stopping. Never felt rushed. The actual sights of the tour were amazing. Lucky to have snowed on the Tatra mountains, which made the scenery more spectactular.
