My family including my mom and my 2 year old son booked this trip. Pawel was very friendly and accommodating. We didn't feel rushed to enjoy the views on each stop. We had an amazing time and Pawel handled the whole trip very smoothly. His Mercedes-Benz was also very cozy and we had the feel of a private tour because it was only a small group. Worth every penny and highly recommended ???? Will definitely book again!

Badly organized trip and not clear overview of what the trip includes! 1. When you buy from internet then the confirmation has red text that it is not real ticket and you have to change it but where??? It was not necessary to change anything but it was confusing and we got no answer from anywhere 2. Driver was late 15min and we were panicking that are we at the right place 3. Driver said that the we had to choose destination and the trip does not include zalkopone tour and thermal spaa and again CHOOSE WHERE??? so we had to solve that on the way on phone and the phone call 10min costed 25eur to me! 4. Trip schedule included hill views on cart up to mountain and Driver said its not for us if we co to spaa. But it was written that the trip includes it and we didn't get it! We where very disappointed!

Be very wary of this tour company. We booked this trip through our hotel after showing them a picture. It was 1820PLN (English) £374.55 for four we got picked up and taken to Zakapone Thermal Spa which was not the trip we booked. We got 200 PLN (english £38.55 ) refund as a good will gesture. This was after they agreed we were on the wrong trip. Krakow Direct Tours are very unhelpful and unwilling to help when trips don’t go to plan. We paid well over the top for the actual trip we were taken on. The refund should have been for the part of the trip we didn’t get. I would definitely not recommend this tour operator.
