We had an amazing trip with Jack the whole trip was really enjoyable and the quite went out of his way to make it perfect the weather was cloudy in morning so he changed order of things so we got to see the fabulous views later in the day - Highly recommended!!

We arranged a private tour to Zakopane with KrakowDirect and our driver and guide was fantastic. It was a wonderful and memorable day and we were very grateful for our guide adding a couple of stops to our itinerary that we requested. He went out of his way to make sure that we got to see everything that we wanted.

Had a fantastic day with Krakow Direct Tours . Picked up from hotel on time by Matt in a lovely air con mini van. Visited traditional village had then cheese and vodka . Then went on funicular to mountain top and spend time in ski resort . Everywhere was beautiful and Matt was informative and friendly and tailored the day to our needs . Finished with 3 hours in the thermal baths which was so relaxing . I would definitely recommend this company and their tours . They are very professional with plenty of messages confirming pick details etc
