Sky Adventures Park Zipline Course and Aerial Tram in Arenal Park

También hemos tenido un problema que las fotos realizadas y el equipo de fotografía nos lo ha solucionado muy amablemente, como debe ser.

This is our first time staying in Costa Rica up until writing this review, we’ve had an amazing experience. We were recommended by the hotel to book with sky adventures. Sky aventures is a company that offers various zip line tours in the Arsenal area. Upon booking and paying an exorbitant higher fee in relation to other competitors, everything started out great. We got through the check-in process, and begin our tour only to find we were waiting a very long time for the 20+ people behind us. This can only be assumed, that they overbooked which caused unnecessary delays in our zip line experience. Additionally, when I try to bring this to managements attention, they wanted nothing to do with it. My daughter got a GoPro attached to her helmet with the understanding that we will be able to purchase the video and pictures after to which that was not an option because their Internet conveniently failed. It’s now 2 1/2 days later, Still haven’t gotten the pictures or video. What’s more is that we paid top dollar for an experience only to have to wait for people behind us, causing a delay in our trip which further exacerbated our inability to be able to enjoy all of the zip lines. The two zip lines we did not get to do because they had too many people booked was the racing zip line. This was one of the reasons we booked this particular zip line experience, which unfortunately did not work out. I’ve called three times and email this company this afternoon 2 1/2 days later, yep, nothing. There was a language barrier. One lady even hung up on me and said “I have too many customers. I can’t deal with this right now.” Be careful booking with this company. They want your money, they want cram as many people as they can into the experience and turn them out as fast as possible. If you’re looking for zip line experience you may want to look elsewhere. A positive note the views were truly amazing,the rest of it? Not so much-I think upon our subsequent return to Costa Rica we would probably be better served booking with a company that has a combination of a great experience with good customer service as one would expect paying these type of prices.
