  • If the tour is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, or you do not show up for the tour, no refund will be issued.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

I was traveling to Vietnam and Cambodia and the way my flight worked out gave me an overnight layover in Hong Kong. So I decided to make the most of my time and go on a tailored tour of and see the many sights that Hong Kong has to offer. I was originally scheduled to do a night tour with Nadia but my flight was delayed, etc. I immediately let Nadia know and asked about possibly going on a tour the next morning. She juggled her schedule around and she was amazing! I was able to see so many great places and eat awesome food! I HIGHLY recommend going on a tour with them! They know all the shortcuts as they live there and can quickly show you most of what you want to see and offer suggestions of what else there is to do. I was very impressed with Nadia's knowledge about the history of Hong Kong. I would go on a tour with any of them again!!! Thank you!!

We only had two full days in Hong Kong and had never visited before so we decided that we needed a pro to make sure we made the most of our short time. We could not have been more delighted with Amy. Amy is extraordinarily knowledgeable. We had so many questions and she could answer them all. More importantly, our questions turned into conversations about the history, culture, religion and life of Hong Kong. Amy had wonderful ideas about where to go and how to get there so we experienced many aspects of Hong Kong. Even though Amy clearly had a plan, she was very flexible and adapted easily to our interests and preferred pace. There was no canned pitch yet every minute seemed to be packed with information and new experiences. And, above all, Amy was fun to be with. So, if you are looking for a great guide who knows Hong Kong and has great ideas about how to experience it while providing you with the kind of experience you want, reflecting your priorities, you will do well if you choose Amy. (I've already recommended her to friends visiting Hong Kong soon.)
