We could not live our experience because the rendezvous for boarding was not clearly identified. They marked that the pick-up was at the Bellagio Hotel and they identified the departure time WITHOUT SPECIFYING THAT IT WAS THE TIME OF THE FLIGHT TO THE AIRPORT. So there was confusion about the appointment.
They were very hard to reach. When I managed to do that, I had come home and they did not understand my very great disappointment. They didn't make the refund. When you pay such an amount (CDN$600) to have an experience, you expect better service and very, very CLEAR explanations ... We were terribly disappointed my friends and I!
