Stefano was great! Very informative, and a fun ride to the wineries. The whole day went really smoothly, we were able to visit a privately held winery (Zecca) and a cooperative in Manduria. Both winery tours were informative . Lunch was great. Really enjoyable experience!

We had a great day with Stefano from Salento Experiences, exploring the local wine regions of Leverano and Manduria to taste the Primitivo and Negroamaro wines. Stefano offered to pick us up near where we were staying, which was greatly appreciated. We visited a family run winery in the morning, following the process of wine production around the facility, even saw the bottling line in action. We then got to try their fantastic wines. We purchased a few bottles to take back to our apartment, including a new "Orange" coloured wine they had just started producing. We had a really nice lunch at a local restaurant and then visited a wine Coop in the afternoon. They had a museum down in what used to be the cellars, which had a great collection of old tools and other items, all associated with wine making in the region. It was nice to see, rather than following the production process again. We then sampled their wines, which were also very good. Overall, a very enjoyable day! I would highly recommend the tour if you are in the Lecce area.
