Private car rental with driver in Salento

Lo q voy a exponer,es para q tenga cuidado con el alquiler de coche en Transtur Cuba, alquilé un coche en Cuba, desde España, todo bien hasta q fui a recoger el coche, era un modelo chino, bien el coche, un ligero pinchazo, pero lo peor fue q me obligaron a pasar la revisión del coche, durante mis vacaciones, 100 euros diarios costaba el coche, me dijeron q lo llevara a la base de transtur enfrente del hotel Riviera en la Habana, cuando me entregaron el coche, después de una hora y media, al cabo de unos 10 minutos, me di cuenta q me habían robado combustible, increíble en el concesionario oficial, el pinchazo al día siguiente estaba igual, y dudo de la revisión, al cabo d 2 días, saltaron varias alarmas en el cuadro, incluso la señal de inspección ni la quitaron, eso sí, el coche funcionó perfectamente durante los 20 días q lo tuve, pero ya sabéis, si lo lleváis a un taller, hacerle foto al testigo de la gasolina para no tener sorpresas, esto pasó a mediados de septiembre 2024.

We had the car a week in the Naples area, we rented the car at Bari airport and did many kilometers. 1) they said they gave us the full tank, lied, was halfway and we made photos and video demonstration. 2) when returning the vehicle there was no one to check that everything was okay. We made video of the whole exterior to check that there was nothing scratched and everything was in perfect condition. A few days later on the way home we get an email saying that we have to pay 150€ of the tire repair kit that is not in place + 80€ of the insurance corresponding to if there are damages are charged those same plus the 80€ so for the face. They send us a picture of a hand opening a drawer hidden under the back seat mat where this repair kit is supposed to be. We neither took the kit nor knew where it could be hidden, if we had punctured (that is why we rented the car with the insurance at full risk) we would have called the tow truck or help of another type. Why would we steal this kit? IT'S A SCAM AND IT LOOKS VERY CLEAR.
