We have marked a session one month in advance to 17:00 via the app, which allowed us to select this time. However, we were later informed that this time was already busy and that the app was allowing for more marking. We got a message saying we should be here at 6:00.
We arrived at 6:00, but there was no one there. We tried to call several times, with no answer. Finally, at 6:20, someone attended and told us that the session was actually at 5:00. We explained the situation and the agreement that had been made, but the person completely dismissed what we said.
We are proceeding with legal action because of this situation.
