Was late, we were fried under the sun waiting for this HoHo. Still acceptable means to see Lisbon for the first time. Recommended.

Total scam. We were on a cruise ship and upon arrival at port the yellow bus flag was up however the bus did not show up. After waiting more than a hour we made several calls to the company however the calls were forwarded to Porto. We eventually reached out to the local police officer her confirmed that the company was on strike. We were only at port one day so we had to purchase on another bus line. The bus line was overcrowded, overbooked. It was a horrible experience. After several calls to the yellow bus company they said we would receive a refund but would need to request it through Viator. We requested but they refused the refund stating they opened back up at 2 pm. We knew at 3:30 pm they had not reopened however even if they did open at 2 pm how could they provide a 24 hour tour? Do not trust this company
