  • Price is per person. Adult pricing applies to all travelers.
  • Children 6 years old and under are not legally allowed to ride on a EcoTuk Tuk. Children from 7 to 12 years old or minimum of 1.35m (4.42 feet) can ride on a Booster seat (please let us know beforehand if you need one). Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
  • It´s forbidden for pregnant women and intoxicated people, not recommended to mentally or physically incapacitated people or to people with prosthesis.
  • No large items allowed in the Tuk Tuk (like suitcases or strolers).
  • Availability for shows cannot be checked without making a booking. Credit cards will only be charged upon confirmation of show availability.
  • A different Pick up and/or drop off is available on request upon an extra charge payment. Please let us know if you want a different location from the one included.
  • Free rescheduling/refunding/cancellation available up to 24h before the activity, after that, full charges apply.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

W we had a great time. Hr really new his stuff. All the best places at the end of the trip he took us to a restaurant , that was normally frequented by locals, We had Peri Peri chicken which we really enjoyed highly recommended five stars

On April 10th, I had a reservation for Delicious Food Tour at 11:00 for 4 people, with contacts with both Boost Portugal website and via Eco Tuk Tours website. The night before, I sent an email requesting a 1/2 hour change in the reservation; never hear from either company. In the morning, I tried calling their several different phone numbers including the one provided for "same day changes" no answer. I had our hotel attempt to reach them; the phone was always busy. We arrived as scheduled - Eco Tuk Tours driver was a no show, with no notification from either company. IT was obvious that they couldn't arrive at the correct meeting point because there was a massive race downtown, blocking off the streets. We tried several times to contact the company. We asked the staff at Hard Rock shop to call; they said other people had also been left without a tour and that they were unable to reach the company. One Tuk Tuk driver was helping another group and said the same. This is irresponsible. Surely Eco Tuk Tours should have known about this massive race and made advance plans to have their guests meet drivers in another place. Is the company too large to care about small groups? Eco Tuk Tours had my phone number; they could have called me or texted me. They could have used Whatsapp to reach me or sent an email. We were left standing, franticly trying to reach them, when it was their responsibility to reach us and make alternative arrangements. We had specifically chosen this tour because it required little walking, thus finding an alternative was impossible on such short notice thus it really ruined a beautiful day in Lisbon. The next day I spoke to a driver for Eco Tuk Tours who reported the incident. I also sent an email demanding a refund. I did hear back from the company and received a prompt refund, an apology and an excuse "the driver tried to call you, it went straight to voice mail" ... one attempt, using one way to communicate is unacceptable. A simple text message would have gotten to me. Why do they ask for all your contact information if they aren't going to use it? Why was the company unaware about a huge event in downtown Lisbon? They company did offer us the same tour, free of charge, but the damage had been done and we were leaving Lisbon so it was an empty offer. Based on my experience with LISBON Eco Tuk Tours I would not recommend them. There are Tuk Tuk drivers all over the city, try elsewhere.
