In itself good ticket with many usage possibilities (Hop in Hop Off, Trams, Furniculars) and actually boat trip!! Actually. We booked the ticket on Fridays for 72 hours. On Saturdays we still checked at the counter due to bad weather due to the boat's departure times. Sunday we come to the branch where the lady of the counter informs us that the winter travel times have been in force since Sunday morning and there would be no boat tour on Sunday. Alternatively, she can only offer to extend the ticket by 24 hours. Useless for us, as we leave the next day. That's just cheeky and it's not possible. It is probably absolutely unnecessary to deal with customers in this way. Timetable changes, especially for winter, are predictable and can be issued early. Absolute cheekiness.

Cette compagnie était une des rares à proposer un arrêt à Belem c’est pourquoi nous l’avons sélectionnée. Nous avons embarqué à proximité de la place du commerce, à 11h (seul horaire du matin). Nous sommes arrivés avec beaucoup d’avance, mais 5min avant l’embarquement un groupe avec guide arrive et se retrouve prioritaire pour monter dans le bateau = résultat plus de places sur le « rooftop » … un peu énervant quand vous patienter depuis longtemps. Par la suite parcours de 1h environ sur le Tage avec différentes explications (en anglais/francais/espagnol/portugais). Débarquement à Belem et par la suite plusieurs options pour le retour : soit 15h, soit 17h en fonction du temps que vous désirez sur place. Bateau retour avec également des explications.

They sold me a schedule that was no longer active in Belem station and I was waiting more than an hour and a half for the boat to arrive, I could not take it another time because that day I bought the ticket I was going to Madrid, I've sent a lot of emails to get my ticket refunded and they won't respond. People who sell the service are not well trained to give the reports.
