We took the boat tour and got off at Belem at 3:30 pm for a bite to eat after being told we could hop on again at 5:30 pm. After waiting for 15 minutes at 5:30 and with no boat in sight, we wandered into the ferry office and were told the 5:30 boat would not be coming. The fellow who worked for the ferry company and not yellow bus tours had no information for us only that there would be no more yellow boats that day. Pretty shabby service stranding your customers!! Won’t ever use this company again.

This was the best tour of all the tours we took. We took the tiger in the evening, the last ride of the tour. And we could see the breathtaking sunset as well.
