Our guide Lourenco was wonderful. We had ample communication with him prior to the tour and knew exactly what to expect and were picked up at our hotel taken to Sintra. During the drive he provided us with plenty of Portuguese history and information that prepared us for our day. Sintra is a fascinating place that is not to be missed if you are spending a few days in Lisbon. We spent the morning in the old town area then were taken to a seaside restaurant for an exceptional meal. The afternoon was spent getting to Pina Palace and exploring it. The timming of this journey was perfect because the morning mist had cleared and we were able to see all the way back to Lisbon. We highly recommend this tour and if you are lucky enough to get Lourenco as your guide you will enjoy the day even more.

What an amazing tour guide and person Gabby is. From the second we met her we knew it was going to be magical day at Sintra. We got to see Pena Palace, quinta da regaleria, passed by cascais, and an fantastic lunch on the beach. She knew so much about the history of Sintra and was so sweet and patient.

We had an amazing day in Sintra with Nuno as our tour guide! He was incredibly helpful and informative—there were so many things we never would have known without him. His excellent English made everything easy to understand and communicate, which really enhanced the experience. Nuno planned the day perfectly, booking our tour times and even making lunch reservations. He made sure everyone was well-fed, had something to drink, and stayed happy and relaxed throughout the day. On top of that, he has a great sense of humor and gave us the flexibility to make the day our own. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide. Highly recommended!
