There WiFi never worked. It would be very helpful to have Wi-Fi and USB chargers, co sideri g we are spending a full day on the street taking g pictures, videos, checking Google maps, etc It needs shade on top. Only some of the buses have the first 5 lines of seats in the shade. Bus drivers not very friendly The circuits are nice. Well structer3d.

This rating is definitely not geared towards the staff or drivers who were all really nice and friendly. We bought a 2 day ticket and probably spent quite a lot of the time waiting for the bus to arrive. The blue route is not very frequent despite it being the main tour route. The commentary felt a bit out of date. When we got to Buckingham Palace it told us how to tell if the queen was in residence by the flag but I’m pretty sure we’ve had a king since 2022! I didn’t really learn much to be honest and spent most of the time listening to the music as there wasn’t much commentary overall. The buses are also a wee bit run down looking. This is a company that could do better as it’s a competitive market out there. The staff really deserve a better offering to give to customers.
