  • Please note, our animal houses close 15 minutes before the Zoo closes.
  • Children under 16 will not be admitted without an adult.
  • Our Zoo is open every day of the year except Christmas Day.
  • Both Zoos will be closed from Monday 20 to Friday 24 January 2025, and the following week from Monday 27 to Friday 31 January 2025 for annual maintenance. The Zoos will be open at the weekends.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Everithing was ok, Lots of free spaces at free car park. They accepted online bought tickets. The zoo is too big for one day trip.

un très bon moment en famille , très sympa cela prend une bonne demi journée . IL Y A DES JEUX GONFLABLES AINSI que des manèges donc n'oublier pas de la monnaies. ma fille de 5 ans a beaucoup aimer

Il n'y a pas énormément d'animaux, mais ils sont bien visibles et rares pour certains. Démonstrations par les animateurs intéressantes. Visite agréable, car pas trop de monde et allées larges.
